Understand clearly that Monster Management's responsibility
is solely to guide and develop you during your attempt to secure
auditions for TV, Film and Commercials. Monster Management and
its representatives have not made any promise as to your success
or made any promise of employment in the entertainment industry.
Monster is entitled to 15% of your gross earnings that result
from a booking of any type while in Los Angeles. Please refer
to the contract for further information.
Any and all expenses are your responsibility. This includes
food, housing and transportation. All expenses regarding your
career including, photos, resumes, or classes are your sole responsibility.
All of the following are just suggestions and Monster Management
assumes NO responsibility for any situations that don't work out.
Headshots are to be supplied to Monster Management upon arrival
to Los Angeles. These photos are to be approved by Monster Management
prior to duplication. Have sufficient backup on hand and available
for quick delivery.
If you are under the age of 18 you must get an Entertainment
Industry work permit. This can be obtained from the California Child
Labor Board. Before you arrive in Los Angeles, you must have this!
