Last, there are very select acting schools around the country that I scout with and recruit from. We do not accept anyone without a referral from one of our affliated companies.

There is no one particular thing I look for, nor can I put it in words. However, the word "charisma" does come to mind. Usually, it is a combination of looks, energy, personality, confidence, etc, that makes a person shine.

Children can do very well in this industry; they can be so spontaneous and fearless. They also have an advantage because they are not expected to have had a lot of prior experience.
